Your experience with me will be different than what you think of in a typical therapy session! I'm an old soul with a down to earth personality rooted in Southern Georgia. I bring a southern hospitality twist to my 9 years of evidenced based clinical work! You see, it takes a village to get through life and all it's challenges, you can't do it alone! You deserve to be the best you, and if you need some extra support to get there, there is nothing wrong with that! I offer an empathic, authentic, and supportive space that is free from judgement.
I will work with you to individualize my approach based on your specific needs and what your goals are for therapy. My vibe is clinical, but my support is warm, comforting, and encouraging.
