We all have ideas about how we "should" feel, what our life "should" look like, and how we are "supposed to" deal with the hard times. You're ready to put your past behind you and get on with the future you want, but you're finding old stories, old ways of thinking and old habits are holding you back. You’re experiencing signs of depression, you're stressed, feel ashamed, and wondering - is this normal, am I normal? Maybe you've been using alcohol or cannabis to dull the pain and pass the time but that's starting to cause problems too. If it's hard to see a way forward, therapy can help you gain some clarity.
In our therapy sessions you will experience the support and freedom to explore your past, your hopes for the future and what is getting in the way. You will gain clarity on what's most important to you. You will have the opportunity to learn how to heal the hard stuff, make meaningful change in your life, embrace all of who you are and find inner peace.
I will guide you with patience, kindness, encouragement and an unwavering belief that you are okay the way you really are.
