I am a caring, compassionate therapist, interested in helping you at this time of confusion, conflict, or stress. Let our sessions provide you with the support you need to understand your concerns and options and move forward in a positive direction that brings you health, peace, and joy. I am an experienced therapist, licensed in MA, ME, RI, and NJ. I am an approved supervisor of marriage and family therapy by the AAMFT. I am comfortable meeting with you alone, or with your partner, spouse, family member, or friend. I have extensive experience training other therapists in the areas of alcohol and drug recovery, eating issues, trauma, and family therapy. I am a certified school counselor, military counselor, and clinical supervisor. I enjoy working with women's and men's issues in relation to functioning as an executive in business, and I am trained in family business consulting. Women executives, high-level professionals, and college and graduate students often benefit from my support as they are assisted in stress management and my understanding of systems functioning that can facilitate their success.
