My Approach to Helping
As a woman who has experienced a difficult healing journey from her own past trauma and was able to learn to embrace her own authentic sexual, spiritual, and personal identity and created a life she loves, I am able to fully empathize with others experiencing anxiety about their identity and life with no judgment and provide a safe space for growth, healing, and change.
