Insight knows substance use occurs on a spectrum and that not everyone who struggles has an addiction. We specialize in harm reduction psychotherapy and alcohol moderation, lead by three time author and nationally recognized trainer, Cyndi Turner. Insight has a team of ten clinicians with differing specialties and age groups. This allows you to receive outpatient services in one location. Your child may be struggling and you realize couples counseling could help; sometimes two people in the family need therapy and we work to schedule those sessions at the same time so you don't have to drive twice. We collaborate and communicate to get you streamlined services. If you need medication, we have a psychiatrist on staff where we can walk down the hall and share the background so you don't have to start over.
