My Approach to Therapy

The most important person in the therapeutic process is the client. Therapy is interactive relationship. This is a group practice with providers who will not simply nod or convey empathy. Together we will look for solutions. We used a solution based approach to assist in exploring the patterns of behaviors, expectations and relationships to form new more adaptive ways to manage the world around you. We are here for you. All the therapist's at this practice understand that your needs are primary. We work hard to set aside our own agendas and be flexible to your needs.

My Practice & Services

We have closed our office in response to the national emergency of COVID19. We are, however, accepting new clients for Telehealth therapy. We use secure video or phone sessions. When this emergency is over we look forward to inviting you back into our office. Our approach is simple: We exist for our clients.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

We are all struggling with the fear and anxiety around the global pandemic. Telehealth therapy can help you manage the anxiety and uncertainty in this very stressful time.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

We understand ambivalence. It can feel as if you are very vulnerable when sharing emotions or problems. People worry about stigma or about being judged and labeled. We make every effort to create a safe non-judgmental environment in which you can explore life's challenges.
