I have experience and a passion for working with clients through a faith-based lens, including Christian counseling, healing from spiritual trauma, or deconstruction. I also enjoy working with clients living with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem struggles, relationship or workplace difficulties, and those walking through grief. I have worked in various settings, from helping students better learn when addressing their emotional needs to providing family reunification services to people who have been formerly incarcerated.

I am part of the Move Forward Counseling Pittsburgh team, offering in-person and online counseling. MFC has about 60 other licensed therapists who also offer online counseling anywhere in Pennsylvania. We are B-Corp Certified, which means the well-being of our staff, clients, and community is the foundation of running our private practice. We also offer self-pay and reduced-rate experienced therapy through our pre-licensed and intern therapists. Our other offices are in Lancaster, Lancaster Downtown, Hershey, Emmaus, York, and Lebanon, PA. We offer online therapy even in the most remote areas of the Commonwealth.
