I have experience and a passion for working with clients through a faith-based lens, including Christian counseling, healing from spiritual trauma, or deconstruction. I also enjoy working with clients living with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem struggles, relationship or workplace difficulties, and those walking through grief. I have worked in various settings, from helping students better learn when addressing their emotional needs to providing family reunification services to people who have been formerly incarcerated.

I am part of the Move Forward Counseling Pittsburgh team, offering in-person and online counseling. MFC has about 65 other licensed therapists who also offer online counseling anywhere in Pennsylvania. We are B-Corp Certified, which means the well-being of our staff, clients, and community is the foundation of running our private practice. We also offer self-pay and reduced-rate experienced therapy through our pre-licensed and intern therapists. Our other offices are in Lancaster, Hershey, State College, York, and Lebanon, PA.
