At different points in our lives we all need a safe place to explore what's holding us back from where we want to be and the life we want to experience. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist I am passionate about providing a safe space to journey with others as they experience healing and freedom from traumas and negative self-beliefs, and approach themselves and their story with curiosity and self-compassion.
I have been told that my calm, easy going personality helps people feel at ease. I utilize a person-centered approach, incorporating different modalities and techniques that support each individual�??s unique needs, including EMDR, solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and artistic expression.
