My Approach to Helping
I do my best to tailor my work to you individually. Everyone is looking for something different out of therapy, and it is my job to not only help you discover what you want, but also to help you form goals and make an action plan in order to get what you want. I am authentically myself in therapy, and I expect the same from you. Therapy to me is about building a relationship, about making a space for you that helps you feel safe enough to voice whatever is on your mind, as well as safe enough to be strong when challenged.
