My Approach to Helping
I see myself as co-facilitator of change. I'll work with you and your individual needs to help you manage your symptoms and find relief from life's challenges. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy as long as you can find someone that you can trust and "click" with. I hope I can be that person for you.
We all interpret the world differently based on our experiences, and as a bicultural clinician I've found that I'm more sensitive and understanding of these differences. I've worked with individuals from diverse communities. Whoever you are and from whatever walk of life, you're welcome with me. I provide services in English.
