Contact me

See other therapists in Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

I see myself as co-facilitator of change. I'll work with you and your individual needs to help you manage your symptoms and find relief from life's challenges. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy as long as you can find someone that you can trust and "click" with. I hope I can be that person for you.

We all interpret the world differently based on our experiences, and as a bicultural clinician I've found that I'm more sensitive and understanding of these differences. I've worked with individuals from diverse communities. Whoever you are and from whatever walk of life, you're welcome with me. I provide services in English.

More Info About My Practice

I'm a doctorate level Clinical Psychologist. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Art Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2003 and my Doctorate from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California in 2011. My training follows guidelines developed by the American Psychological Association (APA) and represents the highest standard of care and code of conduct. Therapy with me is very discreet and highly confidential. I'm licensed through DHA and in Virginia, USA.

I have over 14 years of mental health experience working in the USA, Kuwait and the UAE. I utilize an integrative approach that focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and specializes in Exposure Therapy and Response Prevention (E/RP) for the treatment of Anxiety Spectrum Disorders.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me, that's what I'm here for.
