My Approach to Helping
We all have our own journey which sometimes becomes difficult. I love to meet and help others from all walks of life in those difficult times. I believe that by working together, those difficult times become victories and build upon the strengths that we all have.
Using techniques from CBT and DBT, I help others learn how to manage their symptoms and how to use those techniques for the future. Using Solution Focused and Reality, my clients are able to identify their strengths and work towards their goals successfully. I look forward to working with my clients and observing their success!
