My Approach to Helping

I believe in treating people holistically in every aspect of their persona. I know how to stop the pain and the confusion using very eclectic, fun, and gentle techniques. If you’re struggling with your spirituality I am also the one you want to see in order to get a clearer picture of who you are and what you want to be. I am a very supportive therapist to my clients who are dedicated to making a change in their lives. They are deeply interested in their own progress and are willing to do what it takes to meet the goals we set together.

I enjoy working with young people ages 21-48 with current issues such as existential crises, abandonment issues, adjustment disorders, mood disorders and personality disorders. I specialize in borderline personality disorder. I can also contract with you to work with your young adult on the autism spectrum by helping them excel in work or school life.

I expect you’ll have a fun and exciting journey with me as I kindly and gently lead you through the journey of psychological recovery and wellbeing. I am very empathetic yet firm and intend to make working through your issues and becoming psychologically well a comforting and exciting journey.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I am very good at untying knots in the psyche, and allowing you to grow into the person that you want to be. I am very kind and accepting, taking on a holistic and humanistic approach to therapy. I am skilled in existental-humanistic psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, brief eclectic psychotherapy, and basic psychotherapy.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy is helpful for putting things back into their correct places after a breakup, a divorce, chronic illness, major life change, or other life altering event in order to help you thrive in new ways.

The way psychotherapy addresses issues is very detailed and analytic, so that the issues you're working on can be seen from all angles.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love being a therapist because I get to help people develop better lives.

Groups I Work With

I love working with people with BPD and other personality disorders. The complexity of the personality disorder intrigues me. I also love working with people that have racial trauma, so I can help them to cope in the world after certain events have passed. I also enjoy working with people with stress or spirituality issues. I’m also great with helping people with existential crises. I use a special technique that helps people to put themselves back together after a personality breakdown.
