You are welcome to call for a free 15 minute telephone consultation to help us decide if we might be a good match. My office is on the Green Line ('B') with free parking. I am on several insurance panels, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (all plans), First Health, and United Behavioral Health (which includes Harvard Pilgrim). Other insurance companies may reimburse you for seeing me out-of-network.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Therapy can sometimes last just a few sessions, sometimes several years, but usually a few months to a year or so. Clients are always in control of how long therapy lasts.
