My Approach to Helping

I offer holistic, mindfulness-based, contemplative psychotherapy. My style is a balance of attentive listening and active engagement. Therapy works best as a collaboration, working together to help you access your unique path toward healing and wholeness. My mission is your empowerment and well-being.
