My Approach to Helping
Scheduling that first therapy session can be the hardest part. Getting started is half the battle. Perhaps, you’ve struggled with therapy in the past or, maybe, it’s your first time and you’re nervous or anxious about what to expect. I’m here to help you navigate through those feelings and help turn the therapeutic process into one that you’ll enjoy. I believe that everyone’s story is unique and enter each session with an open-mind and willingness to meet you where you’re at. I believe that you’re the expert when it comes to your own life experiences and am here to provide the strategies and tools you need to help you help yourself.
Do you often feel weighed down by symptoms of anxiety or depression? As a therapist, I have worked in residential and private practice settings and helped individuals and couples develop knowledge and skills to feel better about their abilities to handle difficult situations.
