I help people with a variety of issues, including bipolar, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, multicultural issues such as assimilation and acculturation, and panic attacks. I accept most major insurances and offer evening appointments.

I have experience and interest in working with couples in strengthening their relationship.
When I work with couples I offer guidance and support in breaking down barriers of communication, rebuilding trust and dealing with issues related to infidelity or intimacy.
I also have knowledge and experience in working with individuals suffering from depression and anxiety. With solution focused treatment we can work together to help you gain insight and to manage and overcome symptoms including sadness, dissatisfaction, anger and worry.
