My Approach to Helping

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Usui Reiki Master Practitioner in the state of Colorado. I view healing as an individual process of growth and transformation. I provide a complementary cognitive and somatic therapeutic approach, utilizing elements of DBT, ACT, MBSR, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, and breathwork to support clients in uncovering their most authentic selves. I place an emphasis on rapport building by providing therapeutic support rooted in compassion and non-judgment. I support clients in building self-insight, identifying old behavioral paradigms, and exploring new ways of living in a world, that are value-aligned. I welcome every aspect of who you are and strive to foster an honest, safe and open relationship, one that is grounded in inclusivity, humility, and integrity.
