My Approach to Helping
Everybody has stresses, anxieties and issues and we all can use some help managing them better. Now, more than ever, we need to focus on our mental and emotional well being. Self care is not selfish! It’s a mandatory part of life so you can be, feel and achieve your best!
I use a combination of psychotherapy techniques and coaching skills to help you explore underlying issues affecting your life while creating a tool box of ways to positively cope with your stressors and issues. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach, so i tailor my approach to each individual client. I know finding the right therapist can be difficult, if I am not the right fit for you, I will help you find the person who is.
