My Approach to Helping
Creating a safe, supportive and collaborative relationship is essential. My style is active and I bring skills in many different areas to provide you with the help you need. I specialize in a mind-body approach practicing biofeedback, hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to give you tools to be able to regulate and help yourself. Also I practice long-term therapy based on a very effective relational model which creates change and transformation.
I love empowering people and being a catalyst for change and growth. I bring the benefits of over 25 years of experience working with all kinds of people. I am optimistic that I can help you and if I don't think I can, I will tell you and help you find someone who can.
