My Approach to Helping
I am here to help guide you through the therapeutic process, to heal and process from life's stressors. I utilize DBT, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy to help my clients work through anxiety, depression, adjusting to new situations, mood disorders, and more. I have experience working with teens, as well as adults (ages 13 and up). I find that life is too short not to make the best of it, and through coping skills and counseling it is possible to live your best life.

I am a DBT therapist, specializing in helping clients regulate their emotions such as Anxiety, Depression, and Anger using mindfulness skills.
My mission is to provide a safe environment in which you can grow, come to know yourself more deeply, and find a way to improve your life as you embark on a journey of self-discovery. My counseling style is both educational and therapeutic.
I have weekend and evening availability.

I have experience working with daily stressors, beginning college life, emotion regulation skills, stress, and negative self-talk.
