With all of the beautiful parks and walking paths in the Tacoma area, lets get some fresh air and stimulate the mind body connection. I offer therapy in our beautiful Point Defiance Park, Titlow Park, and Chambers Bay. We pick a place, we go for a stroll and open up. We can go with the flow or even do an exercise pace. I’ll let you control our pace. Walking broadens perspectives and can pull us out of ourselves and see the beauty around us. As a clinician, I strongly believe in the importance of holistic healiing.
