Moms do a lot on their own, so if this was easy to figure out alone you would have done so already. I know you are overwhelmed, unsupported, and isolated. I understand first hand how postpartum and motherhood can be more challenging than anticipated. My sole focus in my practice is to work with moms, whether you are struggling during the perinatal period or after loss, or you are well into your motherhood journey. In our work together we will sort through what you feel like is going wrong and how we can take steps for you to feel better. It isn't supposed to feel this hard, but the good news is that with the right support it gets better. I am currently offering telehealth therapy for moms focused on loss and the postpartum period and beyond for those in Washington and other PsyPact approved states (you can google whether your state is). I am an out-of-network provider and provide superbills that you can use to try and submit for reimbursement with your insurance.

My focus in therapy is working with moms experiencing challenges related to postartum, loss and the challenges of parenting and balancing it all.
