My Approach to Helping
I know that you are struggling or hurting, that is why you find yourself here seeking help or answers. If you are feeling anxious, stressed or depressed or if you are pregnant, postpartum or a parent I might be a good fit to help you. You might not be receiving enough support and too much is being asked of you. I want to be there to help you navigate how you have been feeling and how you might find a way to better enjoy your life.
In therapy we will work to address the struggles you are facing and find movement towards the life you are wanting. I can help you navigate through what you have been feeling, and work with you to identify how to move forward. I have received extra training to support people in their pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood or loss if that is something you need.
