The start of the therapy process begins with assessment as we work together to identify strengths and areas of need. After the assessment, a treatment plan specifically designed to help you work on identified goals is created. The approaches and interventions used throughout the therapeutic process are tailored to meet the needs of the client.
I understand that no one single approach is the right one for every individual and therefore I utilize an integrative and range of modalities in my clinical work.
