Life can get overwhelming while balancing responsibilities, roles, relationships, and self awareness. With 10 years of experience in the Mental Health field, I am dedicated to creating a space for you to be heard, listened to with compassion, and respected as the unique individual you are. My approach to counseling is client-centered, mindful and compassion based. I believe that counseling is most effective when there is a trusting relationship established and I will work hard to partner with you in completing your goals for counseling. I utilize various therapeutic methods including but not limited to: Cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

I am currently able to accept the following insurance: BCBS and Tricare.

I am skilled at helping with issues of anxiety and depression. I also have success working with parent's on different challenging parenting issues.

I believe that psychotherapy can be extremely beneficial in developing a greater understanding of yourself and your relationships with others. Psychotherapy can create a space for you to develop insight into your thoughts and feelings as your accomplish your goals.
