My approach to counseling is client-centered, mindful and compassion based. I believe that counseling is most effective when there is a trusting relationship established and I will work hard to partner with you in completing your goals for counseling. I utilize various therapeutic methods including but not limited to: Cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems theory, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
