My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping others is hearing their issues and addressing them by looking in-depth at their strengths and how they can connect or reconnect with them to think, feel, and live a healthy and balanced life using a Christian approach. I focus on all levels of anxieties and those who have experienced traumas, and work hard with clients to achieve a new peace in their lives. I help my clients simplify as much as possible and to reach a comfortable direction that they can take to begin achieving their goals and desires to experience a "new normal."

How Psychotherapy Can Help
There are no guarantees in life and psychotherapy is not excluded from these, however, not seeking help is a guarantee that nothing will be addressed, changed, or moved through, and the problem(s) usually increase while leaving you feeling decreased in hope. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but is a healthy indicator of the mind's way of guiding you to find balance in searching where the root of the problem(s) might be and to get back on track. When all else fails when trying to find solutions, an objective and professional perspective can be what you need to make changes in your life. Psychotherapy guides you to personal empowerment through honesty, caring, and respect for your individual self and beliefs.
