What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana. My approach is affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in authenticity. I understand how systems of shame, whether from faith communities, family expectations, or societal pressures, can deeply impact how we see ourselves and relate to others. Together, we’ll unpack those experiences and rebuild a sense of self that feels whole, empowered, and free.

My Practice & Services

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating the complex process of healing from religious trauma. If you’re ready to reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate a life rooted in freedom and self-acceptance, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey. I do couples therapy as well as navigate through non-monogamy and polyamory. I am an active member of the LGBTQ+ community. I value BIPOC individuals who have been impacted by white privilege and racism, along with the active Christian nationalist movement that has caused significant harm to many communities.
