We may feel alone in moments of darkness, confusion or in the presence of the unknown; you are not alone! We will work to trust the process of sitting with the uncomfortable, embracing uniqueness and vulnerabilities and identifying thoughts and feelings that prevent us from seeing our best selves. Areas of focus include life transitions, grief, death, loss, anxiety, depression, self-identity, LGBTQIA+, self-esteem and self-criticism, relationships, career and trauma. Therapy can be a space to feel seen and heard in ways that honor our truth and develop self-acceptance and belonging through courage in understanding our humanity and the ability to change. My goal for each therapeutic relationship is to encourage authenticity and support individual strengths and goals in a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental environment to help create awareness, acknowledgment, acceptance, and clarification.
