My Approach to Helping
Walking into a therapist’s office for the first time can be intimidating and my goal is to be a warm face that you feel comfortable accompanying you on your journey. Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, I tailor your treatment to your individual needs and will walk through your journey with you instead of calling the shots. I am here to help you work towards getting to know your most authentic self. I enjoy helping individuals and couples grow insight and understanding into their mental health and the experience of being alive.
I offer individual, couples/family, and group therapy. I have been in the mental health field for 10 years and specialize in treating adults. My specialties include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Childhood Trauma, EMDR, Interpersonal difficulties, Stress, Sex Therapy, LGBTQIA+, and Sexual Trauma.
