My Approach to Helping
I primarily work from a narrative therapy lens. Narrative therapy is a style of therapy that helps people embrace being an expert in their own lives. In narrative therapy, there is an emphasis on the stories that you develop and carry with you through your life. As you experience events and interactions, you give meaning to those experiences and they influence how you see yourself and the world.
I am here to help you become the authoritative author of your own story. I want you to be able to define your own experiences, and what they mean to you. I am someone who has benefited from being able to tell my story, and it is a privilege to empower others to do the same. I look forward to working with you on your journey of growth and empowerment.
