Hello, I'm James. With 10+ years of experience, I integrate Person-Centered Therapy and Individual Psychology in my practice. Recently trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy, including ketamine, I offer innovative approaches to support clients' mental health and well-being. It is my goal in each session to create a calm, safe, and open environment, without judgment, for every client I work with. It is my belief that therapy only works if the client trusts the therapist they are working with, for without that, we are just stuck in the "waiting room."
