I will support you as you identify dysfunctional thought and behavioral patterns, and I will push you to challenge these ways of being. I create a safe and comfortable space for you to work through your problems.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, griefloss, life transitions, and multicultural concerns. I use mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to help you feel grounded, stay present, and regain lost confidence. Through self-reflection, you will increase your self-awareness and personal insight.
We will identify your strengths and you will feel empowered to embrace your struggles. There is a lesson for personal growth behind every struggle. When you feel ready to make a change, I will be ready to support your journey.
