I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in the care of adults (18+) living with depression, anxiety, bipolar condition, obsessive-compulsive condition (OCD), and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD). My approach is integrative—blending nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, psychotherapy, and medication management into a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
