What's My Approach to Therapy?

I believe all persons have an innate drive to heal and grow and my strength is in providing you with a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe. As we build a relationship where we can work together, my experience has always been in working with victims of trauma, narcissism abuse, and attachment issues. Together we will work to help you to regain your sense of self, self-confidence, and trust in the world and yourself.

My Practice & Services

While I am a white, cis woman, I have training and experience, as well as friends and family of BIPOC, LGBTQ, veteran, and poly communities.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

In my much younger days I had several of my own negative experiences with counselors . Fortunately these were followed by several truly helpful counseling experiences, and I am grateful that I kept looking for someone who could provide what I truly needed. All of these experiences, plus stories I have heard from clients about their own bad experiences, have shaped how I do therapy. I believe knowing possible harms helps me to provide you a better experience.
