What's My Approach to Therapy?
I believe healing begins with connection- to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I create a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as we navigate life’s challenges together.
My path to mental health began in critical care nursing, where I saw how deeply the mind and body are intertwined. Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient psychiatry and telemedicine, supporting individuals through some of life’s most arduous experiences. This strengthened my belief in seeing each person as a whole – mind, body, and spirit. With warmth and presence, I walk beside my clients through each chapter of their journey because I understand that everyone has their own story to tell.
I work with individuals ages 18-65 and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, sleep concerns, and cancer survivorship. My approach is collaborative, where we can work together to create a personalized treatment plan. I am committed to evidence-based practices, including mindfulness, lifestyle, and medication management. Above all, I strive to help you feel empowered to find your own path towards balance and meaning.
Outside of work, I find grounding and joy in the outdoors – mountain biking, snowboarding, and backpacking through the mountains that continually remind me of life’s beauty and impermanence. At home, I enjoy cozy moments with my cats and express creativity through nature-inspired pottery.
