It is really easy to lose your sense of purpose when parenting. Many women feel stuck. Working together we can rediscover joy and gain connection to the person you used to be. You can feel better in your own skin.
I can help you using mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral interventions, talk therapy, art therapy, attachment and relational strategies, and trauma informed care. In a safe environment, we can work together to repair relationships, understand patterns of behavior, and open your eyes to new possibilities.
