My Approach to Helping
I take a collaborative approach, giving respect to your autonomy. We will work on identifying sustainable goals together, increasing somatic awareness, restoring your resiliency, and honoring your strengths, as an individual or a couple. I support my clients holistically through a trauma-informed relationalattachment lens. I offer guided meditation and help clients build mindful awareness to gain better understanding and control over the physical effects of emotions. I also offer individualized guided meditations and can incorporate modes of spiritual healing with talk therapy if desired.
