My Approach to Helping

I take a collaborative approach, giving respect to your autonomy and your choices. We will work on identifying sustainable goals together, restoring your resiliency, and honoring your strengths, as an individual or a couple.

I mix talk therapy with modes of creative expression for individuals and couples, including folks who identify as poly, kink, and LGBTQ+. I support my clients holistically by providing very customizable treatment plans. I also offer Reiki and individualized meditations to gain better understanding and control over the physical effects of emotions.
