My Approach to Helping
**Currently Accepting New Clients**
I believe therapy is a safe space to be true to who you are, to be honest with your feelings, and to explore your current challenges with the goal of empowering you to reclaim your ideal self. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families and offer a free consultation to see if I am the right therapist to support you through this journey. As a relational therapist, I observe the impact relationships and life experiences have in shaping our interactions and external views of the world. I work from an anti-oppressive and non-judgmental stance when considering your experiences and values.
While I consider myself a relational therapist, my Master’s and undergraduate studies focused on interpersonal relationships, overcoming conflict, and ruptures of trust. I also work with clients on a range of concerns listed to the right of my profile. I have received additional training in anti-oppressive approaches and working with trauma.
As a therapist, I believe being kind to ourselves, rather than critical, can be one of the greatest gestures we can offer. I am here to support you on your journey.
