My Approach to Therapy

Being in your 20s or 30s can feel like a constant cycle of pressure, confusion, and self-doubt. Maybe you've recently gone through a difficult change, like a breakup, career shift, loss, or big move. Or maybe you feel like you're behind, burnt out, anxious, depressed, or unsure of where you’re headed, when everyone else seems to be moving forward. This season of life can be incredibly overwhelming, and we get how heavy it can feel. You don’t need to have the perfect answers or present a polished version of yourself. We create a space where you can be real, reflect on what’s been holding you back, and start working toward a life that feels more aligned, not just one that looks good on paper. You’re not meant to figure all of this out alone. We're here to support you in finding clarity, building confidence, and creating a path forward that actually feels good.

My Practice & Services

At Wild Sage Therapy, we work with Millennials and Gen Z adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. If you've been stuck in survival mode, struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-worth, or navigating major life shifts, you're not alone, and we’re here to help. We offer virtual therapy across Ontario in a space that’s warm, supportive, and genuinely down-to-earth. We’re in our 20s and 30s too, which means we truly understand the pressure to have it all figured out while quietly falling apart behind the scenes. Adulthood didn’t exactly come with instructions. You just wake up one day and realize you're making real-life decisions without ever being shown how. Our mission is to support you with the kind of therapy that feels validating, practical, and empowering. We want to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and more in control of your life, whatever that looks like for you. During your sessions with us, you’ll never be judged or expected to have all the answers. Instead, we’ll focus on what’s showing up for you, uncover what’s been holding you back, and work toward the version of life that actually aligns with who you are.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

We can help you: - Work through anxiety, depression, overthinking, and self-doubt - Navigate major life transitions like breakups, career changes, or moving out on your own - Set better boundaries and improve your relationships - Build self-esteem and feel more confident in who you are - Cope with burnout and reconnect with yourself - Break out of old patterns that are keeping you stuck - Make decisions that actually align with what you want, not just what's expected of you - Feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your life

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

In our experience, we've found that therapy tends to be most effective when sessions are consistent, and so we recommend starting with weekly or bi-weekly appointments. This helps build momentum and gives you the support you need early on. As treatment progresses and things start to feel more manageable, many clients choose to space out sessions or check in as needed. That said, we know everyone's needs, schedules, and insurance coverage are different, so the pace is totally up to you! We'll work together to find a rhythm that fits your life and goals.
