Anxiety, depression, compulsive thoughts, or addictions might be getting in the way of relationship or life goals. My clients are hoping to find practical problem-solving in their sessions with me, but also build bigger picture thinking and perhaps even get into the big philosophical questions that are a part of making life feel worth living. They value a genuine, human experience with an open-minded, culturally sensitive supporter that allows them to tap into their own resources for long-term well-being. I hope to make my client feel genuine empathy, unconditional positive regard, and zero judgment in a session. Together, we will be weaving practical problem-solving with deeper perspective shifts, seamlessly integrated into an experience that feels like a warm but profound conversation with a friend who happens to be highly trained. With 20 years of experience, work, and travel all over the world, I believe I can put my clients at ease quickly and develop a therapeutic relationship that never feels patronizing or judging.
