My office is small, convenient and confidential. I strive to make my office space cozy and relaxing, and as "non-medical" as possible. You don't even need to deal with a receptionist, as I will greet you when you arrive. I have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water if you want a refreshment when you visit. I hope you'll come in and become a part of the safecalm place I've created for people who need to heal and want to move forward in a positive way with their lives.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Insomnia. I have been trained in a specific form of therapy that has been found to be very successful in treating sleep disturbances. CBT for Insomnia is an easy, brief, and helpful therapy that can lead to healthy sleep patterns.
I also have advanced training in EMDR, which is a safe and effective treatment for trauma survivors.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the "gold standard" for modern therapy and I am skilled in using CBT to help people with a variety of life challenges.
