I offer an affordable sliding fee schedule beginning as low as $120 per session for those who have not met their deductible and self-pay clients. I am a Universally Approved Provider and therefore, my services are available to most insureds. I accept plans such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, and Wellmark.
