My Approach to Helping
Most people come to therapy when they face challenges in their personal lives or relationships. It can take a great deal of courage to seek help. Each individual, couple and family have unique needs for therapy. We will work together to identify your needs and goals. Each person is influenced by his or her personal beliefs and experiences as well as current and past relationships. This, as well as present circumstances and life stages, contributes to challenges but also to the healing process. Based on your needs, I use a variety of therapy approaches that incorporate your goals, humor, collaboration and a focus on your own strengths.
