My Approach to Helping
I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, life coaching, LGBTQIA+ and other life-stress issues. I am also a Certified Clinal Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I utilize a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral, humanistic, solution focused, and existential. I adjust my style to meet the needs and preferences of each individual client. I also teach mindfulness, to enhance self-awareness and the ability to manage stress. I am pragmatic and a compassionate therapist. I approach therapy as a collaborative encounter, helping clients recognize and cultivate their inner strengths. My primary goal is to help clients live a much deserved healthy and vibrant life.
