I help women of all ages and life stages rise up to meet the many challenges we face in our modern world. You can learn to come to terms with your past, get unstuck, and move forward. I help clients overcome their struggles with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, being overwhelmed, relationship issues, work challenges, difficulties staying focused & making decisions, and feeling stuck.
I'm an active, engaging therapist with a collaborative approach. In our journey together, you will gain insight into your strengths, values, and priorities while also exploring new ways of coping and additional forms of problem-solving. Throughout it all, you'll receive support, guidance, and a safe space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll find ways for you to heal, grow, move forward, and live your life with intention.
