My Practice & Services
I will help you heal from early trauma and other emotional childhood injuries to improve the relationship you have with yourself and the relationships you have with your loved ones. I have worked to heal trauma since 2004. I know the impact trauma and adverse experiences can play on the way we feel about ourselves and how it appears in our relationships.
I have helped couples and individuals understand themselves and their partners' emotional needs to create safety, security and connection.
Truth is, you won't know that you are better until you experience yourself differently. We will get you to think and engage with loved ones and your social world in the ways you have always desired-where you feel loved and you are able to express your love in the way it was intended.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
We are composed of our minds, our emotions and our physiology. Using Somaticmindfulness techniques to heal the effects of trauma on the body, we will also use interventions to understand your thoughts and confirm your feelings. When we feel differently, think differently we will also feel confident enough to express our genuine self for others to also experience.
I personally believe that there is more than just talking about your life's problems in therapy-I want our work to get you to go and live life in a grounded, fulfilled, purposeful, meaningful and connected manner.
