My Approach to Helping
Are you going through a difficult life transition right now and don't know where to turn for help? For example going through a divorce, job relocation or a death in the family is difficult enough without doing it alone. Together we can make sense of what you are feeling and become clear on what actions you need to take to move through this troubled time.
I will provide you with a judgement free space to sort out your thoughts and feelings and then decide on what you need to do going forward.
I bring my passion for helping individuals honed over my 33 years in practice. I also bring my life experience as a father of adult children and my marriage of 35 years.
