My Approach to Helping

I teach evidence-based skills and strategies to help my clients reach their goals, including reducing anxiety, recovering from trauma, improving relationships, and gaining a greater sense of empowerment over their symptoms.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD, and PTSD. My treatment approach, based in cognitive behavioral therapy, is evidence-based, effective, and short-term. My training at top institutions allows me to provide the most powerful treatments available for anxiety-related disorders.
