My Approach to Helping

As a fellow traveler, I collaborate with my clients to work in the ways of knowing that are most beneficial for them. Art, movement, storytelling, creativity and imagination, breathwork, bodywork, and other alternatives to talk therapy work for people with right brain issues, such as trauma. If you've found traditional therapy to be unsuccessful, maybe it's time to break the mold. Journey with me!

More Info About My Practice

Pacific Art Therapy is a warm and welcoming environment in an artisan and artist workspace facility. There is a large back room for movement, and I invite all of my clients to have tea with me. Free consultations are your time to ask me all the questions you need to know about me, so you can determine if we are a good fit. If we are not, I will happily provide you with referrals and advice for finding the right fit.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

There are as many kinds of counselors as there are counselors. Don't give up hope. Your person is out there!
