My Approach to Helping
I work with adults (18+) who are having difficulties with negative self-talk, emotion regulation, and conflicts in relationships. These difficulties can often look like depression, anxiety, intense stress, anger, poor self-esteem, andor difficulty functioning in one's daily life. I am here to support you with these challenges. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma. I can help you with coping skills that increase awareness of your experiences (mindfulness), improve interpersonal skills, tolerate distressing moments, and regulate intense emotions.
