My Approach to Helping

Hi, I’m Jennifer — a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Serene Pathway Therapy. I work with teens, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, or relationship stress, I offer a calm, compassionate space to pause, reflect, and start creating meaningful change.

I believe therapy should feel like an exhale — a place where you don’t have to carry everything alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support lasting growth. If you’re ready to feel more like you again, I’d be honoured to walk that path with you.

More Info About My Practice

In addition to my own practice, I work alongside a team of wonderful and warm therapists at Serene Pathway Therapy. Together, we offer support across a wide range of specialties, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, neurodiversity, relationships, parenting, and life transitions. We’re here to meet you wherever you are in your journey, with compassion and care.
