My Approach to Helping
I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space to collaborate on your goals. With an integrative therapy approach tailored to your unique needs, we'll work to build a connection where meaningful change can happen. My style is warm yet direct and draws from psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, somatics, and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I approach our work with cultural humility and an anti-oppressive framework that supports intersectionality, particularly for those who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+ or queer, women, creatives and artists, and birthing parents in all stages of their perinatal journey.
If you're here, you're ready to feel better. Together we can work through relationship distress, career challenges and creative blocks, life transitions, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, self-defeating behaviors, identity exploration, postpartum depression and anxiety, and parenting stress.

My Therapy Focus
Clients I tend to work with most often are:
Adults who are ready to explore how past relationships are affecting their current relationships in love, work, family, and friendships. They might also be facing loss or grief, processing trauma, experiencing relationship distress, or working through major life transitions.
Creatives who are typically high functioning, successful, and motivated, but might be experiencing overwhelm and burn out, feeling creatively stuck, challenged by perfectionism or procrastination, or experiencing the desire for a career transition.
Mothers and birthing people seeking support during their perinatal journey from fertility issues to pregnancy to early parenthood, care for postpartum depression or anxiety, or support for parenting challenges at all phases of their child's development.
Parents of children with higher needs who are seeking support as they work toward acceptance and advocacy. They're often motivated by a desire to process their own unexpected parenting journey in a way that allows them to show up fully for their child with special needs.
Couples or partners who want to address their underlying issues, explore relationship patterns, and improve communication. They're looking for an affirming space to grow empathy and understanding, to explore issues around intimacy, or address a critical crossroads in their relationship.
Young adults (age 18+) who are transitioning into college life or graduating from college and entering a new phase of independence. They're ready to explore everything from academic or career stress to dating challenges to family issues as they grow their independence and learn more about who they are now.
